Any Fire Police officer of Montgomery County who desires to become a member of Montgomery County Volunteer Fire Police Association must be a citizen of the United States of America and be duly sworn by the proper municipal authorities.

Instructions for new membership:

• Download and print Application Form.
• Complete and mail the form, along with a copy of your Oath of Office, and appropriate fees to:

• After approval by MCVFPA your membership card and State Fire Police Association application will be mailed to you.
